Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Synapse platform (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Synapse provides a multi-agent AI orchestration and governance platform, including agent monitoring, approval gates, reasoning trace logs, and related tools. The Platform is provided on an as-available basis.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent access controls; (d) transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Agent traces, logs, and metadata you submit remain your property. We process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Synapse retains all rights to the Platform, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of your data, agent configurations, and custom integrations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synapse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
